Unfair itc listing

Please note my account has been cancelled. Car was sold and I don’t have it anymore. Cancellation form was submitted.

I have also proof on their WhatsApp and sms as proof that the last amounts of this account was paid.

I was called by cartrack representative after I had cancelled this account and the balance of R15xx. I then got an sms about getting 75% discount to took the balance to R382 and I committed to pay it 25 March 2025 and I did so. I was told this was my last instalment with Cartrack as our relationship has ended.

I then explained to one of the consultants and she said there’s a credit they will do. I have proof of this too.

What are you handing me over for? I’m told of default to itc thousands sms coming through

The ladies who told me I’m done should then pay it because my relationship with Cartrack ended in January.
