unfair blacklisting

I cancelled my car tracker account as I no longer have a car, and was told to pay the cancellation fees of R2800.00 I arranged to pay it monthly, however I was handed over to the attorneys and in January was blacklisted yet I pay monthly on the Account they gave me, car track service is pathetic and unprofessional, I need them to unblacklist me as I can't credit anywhere!
