Unexplained double deductions

I have signed up for R99 car tracker in October they deducted the fee . November I was told I owe R188 which they deducted. I don’t even know why I owe them double, now again m being harassed every hour by the same R188 no explanation non whatsoever. How do I go about cancelling my contract looks like I’ll have the longest 36 months with you
