Unexpected courtesy :)
I was contacted this morning by a consultant fro Cartrack - a Mr. Kaysean August - to enquire about late annual payment for my vehicle protection service. Not only was he gentle and understanding (what with the COVID-19 dilemma and all), he was also cheerful and polite. An asset for the Cartrak company.
