Issue 1..

On the app my car location shows over 10 kilos away, when I call their customer service I was informed that maybe the unit got damaged their and shown the last known location(a location ice never been at) that was reported in 2022 and I'm still waiting for them to come sort out their unit(which I'm paying every month)

Issue 2... On their app is a pop up which promise 2months free subscription fir every successful referral.. On the app you don't get access to their referral ts and c's you have to Google for it, just to find that it was a promotion that ran in 2016.(i didn't have the app that time) now how many updates dit this app undergo since then but they don't remove that pop-up, making it a convenient and bluntly ********* practice to still keep it their, so unsuspected users can recruit for them. Why can't they remove that pop-up if that promotion doesn't run anymore, it's already 2023 but it's still their. It says alot about their practice..
