I don't know what kind of business is cartrack running. they keep on sending me messages and emails that my account is arrears when they debited my bank account with double the premium at the beginning of the month. secondly they've been secretly taking R33 from my bank account which is in contravention with our contract. ive had to numerously reverse the amount because my debit order is supposed to be R199. since the beginning cartrack has been giving me a headache with their unit falling off where it was mounted to causing the car not to indicate after installation. I've got a good mind of cancelling the contract. its just not worth it. their business ethics are questionable
