Uncaring and Useless

<p>I'm very disappointed with your consultant. When I took this package I told him I need the road side assistant too. But I had to get stuck to hear about a happy button...what is it anyway....how do I get the so called happy button...how does it work?????</p> <p>Your cartrack is just something I regret ever signing ip for in my entire life. I was driving on different routes but nobody bothered to call and check if I'm ok...even when my car got stuck and the whole car shattered down I ddnt receive any courtesy call to find out if im ok or not. Is this how you treat your clients??? I was stuck on the N1 in the middle of nowhere, it was dark and I hard no harzads NOTHING as the car had shut down, when I called in I was told "SORRY MAAM WE CANT DO ANYTHING COS U DONT HAVE A HAPPY BUTTON,I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS." FOR GOD'S SAKE. I was with my two little girls, the guy had no courtesy of saying ohk let me save this family from danger then we will discuss the rest later. He hung up on.me like I didn't beg him to help us...he even said "ma'am call your insurance as there's nothing we can do for you"</p> <p>NOW I NEED THIS DEVICE OUT OF MY CAR TODAY. I WOULD RATHER GET A COMPANY THAT WILL EXPLAIN ALL TO ME AND TELL ME ABOUT THEIR PACKAGES AND MOSTLY THEY WILL BE AWARE THAT MY CAR IS OUT MAYBE SOMETHING BAD HAD HAPPENED TO ME. MY CAR WAS ON THE N1 from 10:00 Saturday night to 03:00 in the Sunday morning. And guess what my tracker didn't even care. I will take you to court for negligence. You better come and remove this useless device from my car TODAYYYYY</p>
