Uncalled annoying marketing phone calls

I have repeatedly asked Cartrack for months not to call me with there annoying marketing phone calls and even after declining politely they keep on phoning weekly, sometimes twice a day. I have asked to be removed from there database with them just ignoring my request! It needs to stop!!!
