Unbelievable Service, Completely Unacceptable

<p>I asked for a quote and a unit was brought to me. In the signup call i was told that i would get a panic button and be able to see where my car is on an App...........fair enough!!!!! i logon to the app and it tells me my car is in Chloorkop with no exact position. generalising on the area is AS GOOD AS TELLING ME ITS IN SOUTH AFRICA......ITS USELESS. </p> <p>Like one cant be less useful they go forward and tell me my car uses cellphone signal to track hence we cant pin point position....REALLY?? That explains the fact the day the tracker was put in i was told the job cant be finished because there is no signal.............then there was another story about the server being DOWN!!!! How Reliable, the agents even have gts to tell me i must call if i need info............ Im distraught!!!!</p>
