Extremely disappointed with the poor service and unauthorised deductions by this company. My monthly instalment was increased without proper explanation or consent, and this is now the second consecutive month this has happened.

I have made several attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, but my complaints have either been ignored or handled without urgency. I have even escalated the issue to Consumer Protection, yet there is still no meaningful resolution.

Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect — especially when it comes to financial deductions from their accounts. It is unacceptable for a company to debit clients beyond agreed amounts and then fail to provide proper assistance afterwards.

I strongly urge the company to address this matter urgently, refund the excess deductions, and improve its customer service and accountability.

Very frustrating experience.
