Unauthorized D/O Resulted to bank charges

On the 13 December 2024 Car track ran an early D/O on my bank account which I did not agree to or authorized. I was never even asked if i would like to be debited early as they assume that everyone get paid early in December.So my bank cached me R150 for unpaid D/O. On the 6th of January 2025 I brought this to the attention of car track that I want my R150 to be refunded. The accounts department requested a bank statement and an email which explains everything which I send trough the same day. I have doing follow up almost every week and I am being told that a manager need to do a recon on my account and I will get feedback. How long does it take to do a recon on an account. That time they expect to debit my account every month.
