Unauthorized debits from Cartrac

Unauthorized debits done on my account multiple times. No matter what you do or communicate with them even on what's up platform, they are still going to make double debits. You'll have to reverse the debit which works out bad for you as your incurring bank charges for all the reversed debits and of which I think affects your credit ratings. They debit you before the agreement date and when they don't find money they charge you penalties. They should in the first place not charge penalties as they are in breach of contract by not debiting you on the agreed date. They will harass you for those penalties as if it's your fault. They will call you two times a day to explain the same thing over and over again. I even asked them if they record our conversation to avoid them calling me multiple times to tell them the same thing. I have never seen such incompetence/bullying of clients from such a reputable company. I regret ever entering into contract with cartrac. Bad company I must say. It's my biggest nightmare so far than my car being ******. If you need peace of mind, don't do business with Cartrac.
