Unauthorized debits

Good day,

We are new to car track. Signed up and at the end of the month when it came to taking the debit order they debited the premium an additional amount of R7400 something went off as well. The bank reversed the transaction as this clearly was a mistake. Car track promised to rectify the error on their side every day car track is trying to debit my account again with R7400 something. This is causing me to occur unnecessary bank charges daily this is infuriating and feel car track should be liable for these charges better yet resolve the admin fault on their side on my account.
