Unauthorized debits

I have lodged multiple complaints about me been debited 3 times a month for 3 different amounts yet my installment is on R99.

The service is pathetic, no one responded or gets back to you. This is not on, how can a business insist on taking 3 different amounts from my personal account without my authorisation.

I reverse the debits and they still don't call me to enquire why it was reversed or what is the issue
