Unauthorized debit orders

Cartrack just put debit orders on my account without any correspondence. My payment is R529 per month, In November the took R529 on the 15th like it should be and then again exactly R500 on the 19th. All they tell me is that they will look into it. I have bills to pay and can't wait for them. This is against the law.
