Unauthorized debit order instruction

I am frustrated about the cartrack debit order that was authorized on my standard bank without my consent. My debit order date is on the 27th of every month. Cartrack submitted a debit order on 13th of December without arrangement. I have incurred unpaid charges for debit order that was returned unpaid due to insufficient funds . Kindly credit back my account with R130.00 for unpaid fee.
