Unauthorized debit order and unknown product
Unexplained charges, debit order and dispute mandate. I also want confirmation of the authority and documentation used to change this debit order mandate

26 Aug 2026, 02:52I was contacted by Cartrack and advised to have an anti jamming device installed at additional cost of R89, which I understood would be include in my monthly premium, instead they added more debit orders and another one debited R118 today. I have tried to dispute the debit, but I am unable to do so. When I check the debit order Cartrack mandate is ***.
