Unauthorized debit check

I requested a cancelation from Cartrack in March month, they deducted and I reversed the money. On the 27th of October they deducted R850 via debit check which I did not approve, and on the 31st October they deducted again R850 via debit check I did not approve. They are refusing to pay back my money.
