Unauthorized debit and payments for services not rendered

I was initially assisted by Momokete Radebe.. and a wrong device was installed in my car.. was promised that a technician will un-install.. was charged a pro rata that is actually more than. My premium.. now I'm being harassed everyday.. cz I reversed the payment of the services that were not rendered.. kindly assist in cancelling this thing.. very frustrating.. there's no pece with your guys .. yoh.. emails, my whatsap , call u invade everywhere requesting for the Money that I have never worked for..
