unauthorized debit
I bought a Nissan 350 from squad cars. I signed the sasfin contract papers including the netstar contract. But I was debited by cartrack the amount of R250. The amount was later refunded by squad cars in cash by Lesby. She said they had installed cartrack and she would cancel it. I nevet signed any contract with cartrack. Now my bank account was debited R1700 by cartrack on 30/10/2015. When I call them they say it's a cancellation fee. I really don't understand how I'm supposed to pay cancellation fee for something I never app**** for in the first place. I need my refund

As discussed, in terms of your subscription agreement entered into, you accepted liability for the cancellation fee should you cancel before end of contract term.
