Unauthorized Call out Fee Charged

I joined Cartrack a few months ago after I received a sales call from one of their agents. I signed up and an appointment was set up for a technician to do the installation. The technician completed the installation and I inspected the car to find that all was well. The next day as I was entering my car I saw cables hanging just below my steering wheel which had never been exposed before. I immediately knew this was as a result of the installation. After sales support called me to find out how the installation went and I then informed them of the hanging cables. The agent said that they will schedule a technician to come and rectify this which happened.

To my surprise I was charged a call out fee which was added to my monthly bill. I queried this, I was promised a follow up call which never happened. I reversed the amount as a result of no help from Car Track. The months that followed the same thing happened. Car Track is now insisting that I have accumulated unpaid premiums which include that call out fee which they initially charged. I have escalated this and yet again I have been promised feedback which I have not.
