Unauthorized additional debit amount
I noticed on my statement that cartrack debited twice, First on the 2nd of May 2025 for R185 which is the amount that I am aware of but on the 3rd there was another debit of R180 with no explanation of what that amount was for. Assist in resolving this and getting a refund. I didn't approve this debit nor did I receive any explanation of additionally debits

03 Jul 2025, 10:38Hello, can i get a call from Cartrack to fix this mess. I spoke to an argent last time, and they said they will transfer the extra money to July and only debit the balance. Yesterday they debited the full amount without refunding the R180 and have since received threats that I have defaulted on some of the benefits.
