UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OFF MY ACCOUNT WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR REFUND
Funds were not authorisesd to be deducted off my account on 15 December 2017. It is now a month and a half and no feedback on my refund. 6 emails later and no response from Amanda Sobekwa after many empty promises and no service at all. No supervisors or managers available whenever you call to sort this out
