Unauthorised deduction
Boitumelo from cartrack underook to end my contract with cartrack after publishing my complaint and acknowledged that the contract has been cancelled, amounts deducted will be reimbursed.
I was surprised to notice that R37.50 was debitted from my account on 03 July 2018.
It seems she made a promise that she cant keep. Its costly for me to unnecessarily go to the bank to reverse the unauthorised transactions. SEKO00107
