Unauthorised debits

If I could give zero stars here, I would. They have been debiting my account for years without authority. When I stopped the debit order, they suddenly demand payment incessantly, every day, 4 times a day. I requested proof of my contract, after going back and forth for weeks, the sent it to me only for me to not find a single clause in which I acquired their services through my dealership when purchasing my vehicle. I've engaged their Attorneys, who are just as bad/slow at giving feedback. Going in circles and they are still not able to provide me with proof of my liability, yet the demands persist - never giving s straight answer and always "escalating" my query. This establishment has the worst business model and administration I have ever seen. Ombud and legal action next because it's a matter of principle.
