Unauthorised debits

I am very unhappy with what tracker is doing to me , on Monday 2023-07-24 I called to follow up on cancellation with tracker as contract ended however they are still debiting and it's different amounts. I was told cancellation is done this morning 2023-07-26 another debit other of R570.00 Why? And before they debited R117 none of thes amounts we agreed on. Tracker is a **** I even told them i sold the car the only reason i didn't cancel i was avoiding to pay cancellation fee. What am i still paying for when contract ended and different people tells different explanation.
