Unauthorised debits

I never experienced such bad conductive of business. Cartrack debited my account after I had paid and up-to-date with my account however they decided to debit extra amount without any reason. I called them they keep saying I should follow up no one gives better explanation. When I request refund they say it might take 14days how is that while I don't owe them
