UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS AND POOR SERVICE

Scheduling of appointments for both installation and repairs are poor. Tracker units installed are of poor quality. My unit was installed in August 2024 and turned faulty 6 October 2024 according to the app. I had to pay a R600 fee for them to come and repair it even it was installed for only 2 months. While in a dispute with them, debit orders were raised twice already WITHOUT permission.
