UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

This is the worse tracking company compared to the rest within the industry. They are running their business like a ****, i installed a device which was found to be faulty within a week of being installed. After failing to fix it, even after severally reporting it, i opted out of the contract. My account has been debited for services not rendered, even after several disputes and stop on the debit order. To date i am still awaiting the refund on the debited amounts, the individuals i speak to are full of empty promises , to the point of keeping m eon hold for ours , with the intension to either silence or get rid of me
