Unauthorised Debit Order because I refused 150K cover

I got a call that I need to pay R400 to keep my “R150 000” cover what what. I rejected, this and requested to let go of the “R150 000” they said I can’t. So obviously I cancelled the service. Little did I know that was the beginning of my problems, they started debiting random amounts every two-three days because I cancelled services.
