Unauthorised debit order

Kindly assist me from Cartrack, I have a paid up letter but they keed on debiting my account and they are the ones who owe me money now instead of crediting me they still debit me, I have cancelled they ac**** and I have paid up my account,

The paid up letter was sent to me,

I need help as I dont know what to do anymore, Maybe i am missing something here, which car am i paying for cause I dont have a car at all
