Unauthorised debit order

I have changed the ownership of a device to the owner of the car which wa on 16 October 2025 which was done telephonically between my self and owner, this morning I received an email detailing that there has been an unsuccessful debit order from cartrack, this company is a **** I have heard a lot about them. Please assist because the vet sake Maria and Nhlanhla are no longer available to take responsibility since they were both assisting.
