Unauthorised Debit
I do not know how many times I am going to have to report you through this platform, you debited unauthorised again on Saturday 25th June 2022, please return the R350 Ref: CARTRACK CART24F.
STOP debiting from my account, and would you kindly return this money back into my bank account. I am aware as I have been informed by the bank that you continuously use different reference numbers. My contract with you has been terminated.

Made it quite clear that despite the arrangement I have made with your agents your company will continue debiting unauthorised. She also supported this buy saying regardless of the R100 payment I have made you are not going to reverse the R350.00 taken or should I say ****** from the BANK that is the overdraft not my money in arrears. This is despite the fact that I sent her a proof of payment to support my statement in saying this is how much I paid (R100) and only the minimal I can afford at the current moment.
I am only pleading that the money that was taken be reversed and moving forward stay away from my BANK stop taking money from my account that I did not agree with you on, I say *****ing because I did not agree on all this amounts you keep taking. If it is not the 15th, it is the 25th I am utterly frustrated.
