Unacceptable poor pathetic service
Unacceptable poor pathetic service. Car track unit was flagged for repair on Sunday 14th September. Only able to send out a technician on the 20th September to fix their broken unit. They have no consideration for people who uses their cars daily. Now the car must stand for the whole week. PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH

Why does it take so long for a technician to come out and fix the unit when the issue was flagged by Cartrack themselves. Is Cartrack going to replace my battey should it have been damaged by the installed unit or any electrical faults that might have happend?
