UNACCEPTABLE.......

UNACCEPTABLE....... how many times i send email to *** asking them why did they deduct money from my account without my approval but no one is coming back to me, when you phone there is so many departments they put you through to but no helps and explain....utterly useless when it comes to service but when they want money they some take out of your account..
