Unable to track, unable to to provide service

My second review. Since their inability not to find my vehicle I have been harassed by everyone at this company. They are clueless to what is happening. They could not resolve this issue since February. Stay away from this company. Their MO is just to blame you ,they cant track your vehicle, blame a faulty device and want to charge you for a new one. Look at all the negative reviews, just blame the client. Why are people still using them? They cant pick up when a device was removed, instead of doing what's right they want to bill you a tampering fee. ******* must be in 7th heaven which this company. *****ing vehicles ,and have ample time to tamper. Shame on everyone. Cant even speak to a manager, hiding like ***ards. I did not accept their terms for wanting to cancel. They force you to stay with them, they breach the contract for not doing they one thing they should, tracking your vehicle. They WILL charge you to not want to do business. Crime pays. Go SA you absolute worthless nation

Good day. Cartrack accepts no responsibility for this . I have confirmed with the mechanic. The bike was riding starting idling and about after 15min giving an issue. The battery was replaced to see if that would resolve the issue. It also mean that Cartrack as they state on their website will send a pre alert and the control room will take appropriate action. There was no pre alert when the battery was disconnected. There was no communication from Cartrack last year when the battery was disconnected for 2 months. No wonder people forget they actually have the non functioning service they pay for . There was no issues with the bike standing for a while because it was test-driven the whole time as they where replacing components. Lastly ,there was no tampering alert when the device was removed from the bike as stated also on Cartacks website. No battery disconnect alert no tampering alert. Keep on blaming the clients', so glad to know my vehicle would be safe with a tracking device. Receive alerts the moment your vehicle's battery is disconnected, and act swiftly to reduce the chances of battery theft. Stated on the website. Laughable
