Unable to locate my car and after hours came with wrong location

Worse tracking company ever! Failing to locate my car. Their system shows location I was 5 days ago. I had to try several times to get someone to assist with location and they gave me wrong information. They say device is faulty. I cannot rely on this company anymore.
