Unable to investigate

Cartrack is a pathetic company too deal with. I will be sure to post everything on social media and all networks regarding their wrong doings. I made a phone call regarding the maturity of my contract with them. The person on the line informed me that CARTRACK should i from me withing 48 days of maturity and get to agreement of continuing to use there services or not. So I told them how unhappy I am with them. I do not wish to continue to uuses their services. They went and done multiple debi checks on me and depited my account witch was not agreed to. They are refusing to find the call recording that I was informed of this. And now they are trying to blacklist me. How would you consider that fair?
