Unable to do a simple refund. With really nobody able to assist.

Waiting since the 21st of November for a R1300-00 refund. Ever time it the same old story (It was processed on Tuesday and will be payed out on Friday). How will they be able to track my vehicle if ****** if they can not even do a simple refund. I think I have spoken to every manager in Cartrek already. I really do not know who to speak to next or who will be able to assist HELP HELP HELP HELP
