I were a client for seven years. I sold my vehicle and cancelled my account. I was told there is no penalties. I paid the last payment. All of a sudden I started getting WhatsApps and email saying that I own cartrec R580.00. got threatened with cort and itc. I phoned their number only to be transferred from one department to another and in the end being put on hold. After waiting and waiting I finally ended the call. I drove to Klerksdorp branch only to hear it's a clerical fault on their side. So I got this big surprise that cartrack decided to take R640.00 three days later. The call centre seems *********** as no one knows what to do. This is what happens when you stop using cartrec. So in my personal experience cartrack is a *****ulent thieving company with incompetence staff who only care to bullie and ***** from people.
