TWO MONTHS FREE SUBSCRIPTION A BIG LIE

I've requested 2 installations from cartrack for 2 cars and I get first and second months subscriptions for free on both cars, but this is wrong advertising . Even their technicians cars are marked WITH 2 MNTHS FREE SUBSCRIPTION bs. Now the account dept claim not to be aware of that and they wiil interrogate me , but fortunately i had an email proof to support my argument. We are fighting about this almost everyday, I get calls from PTA, JHB and rnow BLN, they alternate and because I tried to explain the situation of which they don't budge, they debit from account without an my permission. Now the war is they debit, i reverse the debit , now they've decide to debit from my acc. everyday friday even if I dispute. Then tuesday a different consultant will call and harass me querying the balance and again try to explain and I will be told that the previous consultant didn't put some notes to stop the debit as it a system generated debit. The war is not ending
