Tshidiso is RUDE!

Had a contract with Cartrack. I called in February to make them aware that I’m selling my car and need to cancel I was advised that they have a cancellation fee that I’d have to pay. I asked that they provide me with the recording of where I had agreed to the cancellation fee and they advised that they will get back to me with the recorded call. Every time they call me I’m made aware of a debit order that didn’t go through and that I’ll be handed over to their legal team I've been asking their consultants every time they call me to provide me with that recording. Today I called in and the first person who was assisting hung up on me when I told him what’s been happening. I called again and the new consultant Tshidiso who was assisting said to me “I’m not like everyone, I’ll get you that recording by today” they called me again and I was advised that there were no notes on the system showing who I spoke to the lady who was assisting me by the name of Nasiphi said she’ll transfer me to Tshidiso. When I spoke to him he said he sent an email and will get back to me tomorrow I then asked him if he’s not the very same person who said to me he’s not like other people and will get me that recording today he became rude and said “aah yahlanya- you are mad” I asked him if that’s something ethical to say and he said “I’ll get you the recording” . Not only are your consultants rude (excluding Nasiphi) but they swear while the client is on the phone. Again, if I don’t get that recording and have that account cancelled by today as promised I’m also going to take further steps on you guys
