Trying to make payment but I am met with attitude

I keep wanting to make payment for my outstanding bill but every single time I am met with very rude agents. They must never make themselves perfect in this world. HUMANITY can go a very long way. I sure this debt would have been paid a very long time ago if it was not the the extremely Agents. Train your people to have humanity and kindness, you don't know what the next person is going through.
