Trying to get unit activated/fitted in new car !!!

Had accident in Corsa - write off . Car track fitted. Will cost me over R1700.00 to cancel this contract. Need unit fitted to new car. Spoke to Busi on Monday 1 Feb , explained that if I insure with King Price again , and they give instruction to Car track the old contract will waived as I am taking new contract out. Every consultant that has contacted me - does not understand this concept. I refer them back to Busi. Consultant phoned yesterday - we where half way through the new contract when she established the new car had a device in it. I am waiting for her to phone me back since yesterday afternoon.<br> <br> This service is unacceptable.<br> I still have no device in car and I need to take delivery.
