Trying to get me to activate an additional feature, with a consequential cost, but not telling me

I've just had a dashcam activated. The agent phones me to tell me all is good she "just wants me to check that my call out is activated" and I must "just click on the plus sign". I do this and then for some reason ask if there's a cost. She says yes, R55 per month. NOT ONCE DID SHE OFFER UP THIS INFORMATION. The way Car Track go about increasing their monthly fees to clients is *********. I'm not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
