Travel log issues

I asked them to send me the travel log of my previous car, which they did; however, the odometer reading was not accurate. However, they told me to edit it myself. I'm paying for the travel log to be accurate; now they want to make it my job. They also send their terms and conditions to protect themselves; however, I expect the readings to be accurate. this is screenshot of their response after weeks of calling and waiting for the log
