Transfer of unit

I have been phoning this company for a month now asking them for a transfer of ownership for a unit already installed in my vehicle and they just seem to not care.I would have thought they would be appreciative of the fact that I would continue leaving the tracking unit in my vehicle instead of choosing an alternative.To me the service seems pathetic
