Tracking Units Do Not Work When Needed

I bought a dual tracking units for my motorcycles for my company (8 in total). Some units work, some give alerts and some had issues that Car Track did not yet sort out yet we had repeated appointments.

Last night one bike got ****** and on this motorcycle both units are defective as it has been over 16 hours and no tamper alert, no low battery and they can't even locate their tracking units let alone the motorcycle that was ******. Their defective tracking units are to blame. Their tracking units stopped working over 16 hours ago and they have no way of communicating with the tracking units. Their control centre states that they are 'waiting' for a signal from their tracking units. It has been over 16 hours and even before the bike was ****** they received no signal and the tracking unit did not inform them of a problem.

The biggest **** here is that they cannot 'ping' either of the tracking units (both with independent batteries) to locate either the bike or even the tracking unit. It has be over 16 hours since the tracking unit gave out a signal, this is surely not normal for any tracking unit. I was promised that I would get a tamper alert on the app, low battery or no signal from the tracking unit. I have received nothing and their 'control room' are useless as they cannot even locate the tracking units let alone the motorcycle. Do not waste your time with this tracking company.

I think Car Track can only track their debit orders of the monies from your account. Their tracking units simply do not work when needed.
