TRACKING DEVICE THAT KILLS A BATTERY

Cartrack has installed the tracker about 2 weeks back, ever since then I have encountered a problem with my car battery. Ever since last week I have been calling their offices you will be sent from pillar to post. It is not even a month and I am really fed up about their service. Every time when I call I have been promised that the senior technician will call me, even right now I am still waiting for that senior technician whilst on the other hand I should use a taxi to come to work whilst I have a car. I am honestly REGRETING THE CHOICE I made by installing their tracker on my car. My car has been standing since last week because of the battery, when you request direct numbers of the managers , the consultants will tell you that managers do not have direct lines, I am really annoyed by their service honestly, I have never met such unprofessional business. The sad part is that even when that battery dies no one bothers to call and check what might be the problem. ONLY solution is to come and remove that tracker as it shows that even when my car is ****** I wont get any assistance.
