Tracking device that does not work

My car was broken into my battery and car tape were ****** cartrack sent no notification of an sms or a call and I pay an extra R20 for what they call car watch I had activated it before leaving my car and yet still no call no notification what's so ever went to called my brother to bring me an old battery so that I can start my car and yet still no call whats so ever to say my car is moving and yet I had activated my car watch I called cartrack and all I am told is to call tomorrow In order for me to be given an explanation I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told he is busy he can't attend to me...... I could have been hijacked and yet I am supposed to fell secure with a system that does not even work
